This policy applies to every Artist and every visitor using the Stoodio platform or any Artist Website. It forms part of the Terms and Conditions (DOC 1). Capitalised terms have the meanings given there.
2. Acceptable use
You must not use the Platform to:
- upload or publish content you do not own or lack the rights to publish
- infringe any copyright, trademark, moral right, or right of privacy or publicity
- impersonate any person or misrepresent an affiliation
- upload malware or attempt to probe, disable, or overload the Platform or another artist's website
- scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content or personal data from the Platform or from any Artist Website
- send spam or unsolicited commercial messages through contact forms, private rooms, or invitations

Stoodio may remove content and suspend or terminate Accounts that breach this policy, as set out in DOC 1, Clauses 7.4 and 14.3.
3. Reporting copyright infringement

- identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
- the URL of the material you want removed
- your name, address, and email address
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, their agent, or the law
- a statement, made with knowledge that misrepresentation may carry legal consequences, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them
- your physical or electronic signature
Stoodio will review complete notices promptly, remove or disable access to material it reasonably believes infringing, and notify the Artist who posted it.
4. Counter-notice
An Artist who believes their content was removed in error may send a counter-notice to hello@stoodio.io containing: identification of the removed material and its former URL, a good-faith statement that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, their name and contact details, and their signature. Stoodio may restore the material if the original complainant does not initiate legal proceedings within 14 business days of receiving the counter-notice.
5. Repeat infringers
Stoodio terminates the Accounts of Artists who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
